Is it really 2013 already? December has flown by and I am now back in the office. I would like to wish all my clients and everyone else a very happy and prosperous 2013. It is now back to business and for those who are not aware, over the last few months there have been a lot changes in the cruise industry. A lot of cruise brands have followed P and O, Cunard and Princess's lead and are preventing agents discounting. So what does this mean to you the customer? Will it be worth booking direct in the future? The answer to this is a big fat NO!
While it is true discounts are being prevented on some brands. We will always make sure we will look after you and in one way or another be better than the cruise line direct. So the answer is if you are ever in doubt, give me a call or an email and I will tell you exactly what can be done.
Finally when you book with me, or any of my colleagues in the office, you will not be treated as a number. The consultant you book with originally will look after you from the day you leave until the day you get back. They will also always be contactable at any point after the cruise to help or answer any questions.
So there you have it, if in doubt give me a shout!
