Single Bargains!

It is a well known fact in the industry, that if you are on your own and looking for a single cabin then you have to pay through the teeth. Yes the dreaded single person supplement. Every so often if you are in the right place at the right time you can get a bargain. Well now is that time!


MSC cruises are offering single cabins for £500 on various sailings throughout September, October and November. They go pretty much every 7 days, excluding the holidays. Depending on the date you can usually marry up a low cost flight between £50 and £200. This means you can go away as a single traveller for less than £700, a price you would normally pay each for two sharing.

The cruises tend to leave from Barcelona and Genoa, and Visit Italy, Spain, France, Tunisia and more. Most of the best fares are on the Splendida, Fantasia and Magnifica. You may think at this price the cruise ships would not be very good. These  three ships however are at the top of their field. They offer everything a modern cruise ship should.  There are 5 restaurants (one of which is exclusive to MSC Yacht Club passengers), 4 swimming pools, 12 hydro-massage pools, coffee bars, shops, a children’s area, a Formula 1 simulator and an interactive 4 D cinema. There is even a unique on board Spa that features a thermal cave and offers treatments from therapeutic mud packs, perfumed vapours, aesthetic massages and much, much more.
